At the same time, I kept a close eye on estates whose more accessible wines possess exceptional expertise, such as Sylvie Esmonin, Bruno Clair, Pousse d’Or, Joseph Roty, Jean-Paul and Benoit Droin and many others.”
“I’m also very interested in wines from the northern and southern Rhône valleys, which enables me to offer wines from older vintages for these bottles, which often require long cellaring. Last but not least, Bordeaux wines remain a must, and I also have bottles in my cellar that will delight the most discerning connoisseurs. So, for over forty years, I’ve dedicated myself to the search for the rarest vintages and the discovery of the most interesting wines”.
